Hello everyone. A brief thanks to everyone who even gives a glance on my question .
I am working on a simulation in simulink matlab and i am trying to simulate a simple circuit with an infinite bus some RL loads and transformers and in one bus i have connected a SVC (static var compensator ) My question is that when i run the simulation and then through the POWERGUI i see the steady state voltages and currents, the svc current is zero. That happens also on the simulink model power_svc. Is there an explanation on this ? Can i make it somehow that i can see the rms current of the svc also? Why is it that i can see the svc current on the scope ? Does it have anything to do with how the svc is demonstrated in the internal equations? I will be waiting for your opinions . Thank you all.
