Simulation Option in ANSYS Work bench 13

Hello,
I have recently installed ANSYS work bench 13 but can't see SIMULATION option in it, Can anybody pls tell me where it is in the GUI

Secondly, can we transfer meshed model from ANSYS Mech, to ANSYS Work bench, if yes, HOW.....

Ansys 13 is all drag-and-drop. There should be a menu on the LHS when you open the program. If it's not there, check the display options.
