simulation of roller bearings in Abaqus

Hi there
I need to model roller bearing to investigate the stresses,under the roller, in the inner and the outer races of the bearing. I couldn't find good guidance,in the documentation of Abaqus, about that. If you know how to do it or you have any document explain that please advice.
