I simulate the model of the oblique cutting, my problem is to have the separation of the chip when the tool advances, is what there is a criterion of separation if not how I want to do that
I used the critère Johnson Cook
(A = 612 MPa; B = 436 MPa; = 0:001 1/s ; n = 0:15; m = 0:008; m = 1:46; Tr = 296 K Tf = 1793 K ;
The other material parameters are given by : =7800 kg/m3 ; c = 500 J/kg K; k = 54 W/m K
The parameter of damage : (D1: 1.5; D2: 3.44; D3: 2.12; D4: 0.002; D5: 0.1)
I applied to the part an encastrement (U1=U2=U3=UR1=UR2=UR3=0) of bottom and in arriere and to the tool I applied a speed (V=5m/s) in the point of referance.

I know that I have much difficulty in this model, but I answer each time at the request of detail, I use abaqus explicit in this model, I entered these data in this model, I had a contact between the tool and the part, I worked in 2d but I remove an element to have a separation of chip, but in 3d is not the same one, this is why I seek of assistance.

is what there is a criterion of separation which can help me louse separer the chip of the matter in the abaqus explicit.
