Simple Window frame design for PVHO chamber

Looking for a simple frame design for a 10" round 1.25" PVHO Cast acrylic window. Pressure to 3 ATM. Also, anyone know a USA supplier for the windows?

You could try retrofiting a porthole window. I would think it is air tight since it is for ships.
