Hi. I was just wondering what the simplest way to have a movie of a Pro/Eng part just rotating is (for use in powerpoint).

Thanks

two options I am aware of first is mechinise the part, but that is not as fast as using snag-it software to get a screen capture of moving a part that is partially constrained. I use snag-it to create short trainig avi files. It is also not as editable as a mechanized assembly.

Cool thanks guys I'll try it out!

Is it not prudent to use animation, and save it as an mpeg? This is the way I've always done it, but I've seen several posts that mention the use of snag it or other free downloads...

Just seems that it's logical to use what's already in the software package instead of downloading more software to do the same thing...
