Silo Bin Activator

Hi guys,
I want to design a bin activator for a silo and having some challenges that appreciate if any one can help me out on those:

1. What should be amplitude of vibration of bin activator? I calculate the vibration amplitude and find that it would be leas than half a milimeter by considering by considering that internal friction of material is high and also weight of material above bin activator is too much. Material is lime with 15 meter of height. S.G. 1.8.

2. If moisure content is too much and is sticky, what consideration should be made?

3. Have you seen bin activator without circular outlet?
