We are trying to calibrate our low light emitting equipment at the moment. We have an inhouse calibrated LMT L1003 to measure and calibrate and it only does till 0.0001 cd/m2. So we just check till this but our equipment can go even finer. Just wondering if silicon wafers can do even finer measurements? Are there any other options available?
