I am presently working on a 28kV 31.5kA Siemens 8BK20 Switchgear section and have not had much luck with being able to source and legacy documentation on this product.
The vintage of the Cell would be from 2002-2004. They specifically marketed this switchgear as having a Arc-Resistant option , but it appears to differ from the Pressure relief vent option that was also a offering. I have also not had any luck finding detailed information on the Original EEMAC G14-1 (1987) standards, but just references to the new IEEE and CSA Arc-Resistant standards. As this is a legacy product and support is discontinued through SIEMENS would rely on archived information.
If anyone would know where to source any information on this product it would be greatly appreciated.
