Hello Sirs,
We recently had to shut in few wells and in the process were able to record pressure data for build-up analysis. The PIP was used to generate the following build-up log-log interpretation. Few of the wells were showing a long period of a shallow <1/2 slope on the derivative plot. It could be justified as partial penetration which is reasonable with the perf distribution we have in the well, but it looks suspicious. Is there anything else worth considering? The esp sensor is near the top of the first perforation. Image to the interpretation is below.
