Section 2.4 Influence of Concrete Composition on Shrinkage
My Comments: Water per unit volume is the most important factor. Refer to "Effect of Concrete Ingredients on Drying Shrinkage" in and Section 2.4.3 "Influence of Cement and Water Content" in literature survey portion of Mokarem's dissertation.
If you desire shrinkage values for concrete mixtues batched with local materials and ingredients like fly ash, SF, expansive cement etc consult CMT companies in the area. They should have a good idea based on results obtained from trial batches.
