I've reviewed the information submitted and the footnote at the bottom of my shopdrawing transmittal will be similar to the following:
The documents referenced above have only been reviewed for general conformance with the design concept of the Project and general compliance with the information given in the Contract Documents. All Work is subject to the requirements of the Drawings and Specifications. Review of a specific item does not constitute approval of an assembly of which the item is a component.
The Contractor is responsible for:
dimensions which shall be confirmed and correlated with job site conditions,
information that pertains solely to fabrication processes,
means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures of construction,
safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work,
coordination of his Work with that of all other trades, and
satisfactory performance of the Work.
Thanks for the general input...
