Way back in the late 80's I remember an attachment that could be fitted to shop air. It was a ring that turned and multiplied the flow rate many times, giving the ability to suck or blow, depending on which side was presented to the work. There was a trade name (UK), but I simply can't find it in either my memory or my written records from the time. Any ideas?

Excellent, thanks.

As an aside, we were called to an aerospace factory to help out with a noise problem. Really loud whistling (100dB+) while trying to blow coolant out of holes bored into a valve block (Airbus, I think). We solved the problem by suggesting these devices. Suck out the liquid. No noise, more efficient.
