I would think that part of it is that you'd get the seals and flush plan background from the other requirements (compressors, steam, etc.). Also remember that a lot of what that company does qualifies under hazardous environment conditions - which means things can get a lot worse in a hurry, compared to a typical industrial facility with water or slurry pumps and air-handling equipment.
