Did anyone know how can I verify a cylindrical shell of a vessel made of SA-2140 904L (UNS N08904)? I am not able to find the allowable stress on ASME II part D

What, exactly do you mean by: "verify a cylindrical shell"??

It is there.... as SB-625 plate product grade in Table IB of Section II, Part D.
