shell elements in Algor

I need to create shell elements between two CAD parts. In Superdraw I created a new part as a layer of shell elements on the top of the interface. Model with out this layer was working fine but now it doesn’t converge. I guess I’m doing something wrong (I don’t used Superdraw much).

Any tips? Thanks in advance!
