Shell boiler furnace thermal analysis

I started the design of single flue shell boiler will produce 20000kg/h steam@10barg.For the design of furnace I have to calculate the thermal stresses resulting from such big loading into one flue.I'll use P295GH material.The furnace will be deep corrugated type.Without applying FEA which way should I follow?
