Could anyone please help me in analysing the plate with stiffeners in ABAQUS
I have made plate with shell planar
"I" stiffners with 3d wire - beam
I merge them in assembly.
Problem:
1.unable to find the beam line(stiffener) in the merge part
Other way I have attempted is
2.creating the attachment points and welding them in assembly....
while analysis its unable to find the elements so spot weld cannot be done between them.
error:
The *fastener interaction name fasteners-1 has no valid spot weld definitions. Please check the fastener definition.
Analysis Input File Processor exited with an error.
