Does anyone here know if I need a PE to stamp a plan to install a sheetpile wall while dredging. We are looking at this option to avoid destabilizing a nearby seawall. The project is located in MA and is in the tidal zone. Let me know if you require more information.

Who are you working for? Who is your client? What does your contract say. More important, if you're dredging you better have a USACOE permit.
