sheet metal- trying to create a "twist"

Here is my question.

I have a rectagular sheet metal part (on the front plane) and I have an edge flange protruding from one end of the sheet metal base. Now perpendicular to the "front" plane I have a sketch (construction) line drawn at a 30 degree angle, now my problem is that I would like to use the construction line as a reference for the end flange to line up with. so in essence the flange would have a twist to it. is this possible?

if so how would I go about it.

You can create any shape in SW ... one way or another. However the part you create may not necessarily be able to be produced in real life!

There are probably several ways create a model of the part you want, but from your description, SW will nor be able to create the part as a Sheet Metal part. ie you will not be able to flatten it to create a blank shape because material deformation (or stretching) is involved.
