SHEET METAL QUESTION 1

I am trying to create tabs on a piece of sheet metal that will be used to hold a piece in place during welding. I am trying to place these tabs on a radius as shown in the picture below. I do not know how I can create these and have them show up on the flat pattern. Could anyone tell me if this is possible.

Insert an "Unfold" feature.

Create a tab on the top surface of the flat part.

Insert an "Fold" feature.
