Hi All¡¡¡¡¡

I´d like to know about some information about recomended values for profile tolerance in sheet metal, the piece is an sculptured outer door made of Aisi 1010 0.018" thick, this door is obtained in a drwan process. I want to contol a profile with a basic radius of 448.74" within 20.709 lenght distance I´put a bilateral tolerance of 0.06 (0.03 each side) Waht do you suggest?

Can you show a pic please?

Barce,
From what I can understand about your description, I wouldn't recommend making the radius a basic dimension. If it's a door, how precise does it really have to be? You can make the radius toleranced very loosely and then leave the profile tolerance zone as is. How do you plan to locate the radius, by chord length? Let me know if I'm even close to what you're trying to convey.
