I have a part where I know what I want my end conditions are. I need to make a flange connecting these two bodies into one sheet metal part. How do I do that? My description may not be the best but if you open the part you will see clearly what I want to do.

Thanks,
Steve

Take a look at the attached model. I took the approach of creating a solid 'armature' type body and then used it to create a Sheet Metal part using the 'Sheet Metal from Solid' function. Then all you do is add the last couple of detail features (flanges, cutouts, etc.) and you're done. And if you edit the referenced 'solid' the sheet metal part will update.
