How can i obtein the moments and shear of design in shell elements that are working like shear walls of concrete in the program SAP 2000.?

I am modelling a structure of concrete and i am using shear walls, and for modelling that walls, i am using the shell element of the SAP 2000 program.
I need the moments for realize the design, and the shears for do the same. but the results are in finite elements. and i need obtein the final results...how can i do it?

The usually recommended way is integration of the joint forces along a COMPLETE section to form M,V,N resultants.
The RISA 3-D manual has examples doing that.
