Hi Guys,

I have modeled a truss structure using lines with a cross section in Ansys. I have imported this model to the Static Structural from workbech to evaluate my model.

I'm struggling to find the shear stresses acting on the beams of my model. Static Structural only gives a option for beam results and beam tool where there is no shear stress available to be computed.

Does anyone know an way out for it or by default this type of element (which is BEAM188) does not have a option for shear stresses??

Thank you.
