I tried to set up a master project file that references several external projects. The resources are the same for all external projects. My problem is that I don't know how to make the master project file realize that these are shared resources between the projects. For example, "Resource1" is repeated 5 times on my resource sheet because he is listed on 5 projects. As a result of this I can't do any resource leveling between projects using the master project file.

Is there a way to do this, or am I going about it all wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Never mind, I figured it out. Seems you have to select one file (a project or a stand-alone project with no tasks) to act as the "resource pool". Then, you tell all of the other projects to use that resource pool for any resource-related items (leveling, etc.).
