shaft torsion

can anyone give me a practical example (an exercise) how to model a shaft subjected to torsion using axysimmetric formulation with any FEM code? I use COSMOS/M code but it isn't important, I would learn the general concept.
I'm sorry for my bad english but I'm italian so....
