Hi can anyone recommend a good design book for the design of foul & storm sewers. Developments up to 10 houses

... you'll get lots of hits.

ASCE has some good ones.

For storm sewers, try the U. S. Federal Highway Administration - Urban Drainage Design Manual, Hydraulic Engineering Circular No. 22.
