Good Evening from the UK,

For sewage sludge pipelines trasporting anything from 1% to 6% dry solids, what is the most popular material choice for the pipeline?

I more often than not specify cementlined ductile iron pipe whether below ground or above ground.

Interested to hear what others are specifying.

Regards

John

With the proposed concentration, you are not limited to ductile iron. PVC, stainless, or FRP may be used depending on the mechanical requirements.
