Severe error during catia install

how can a fix this error?
a severe error occurred during extraction of files from cabinet d:\intel\manufacturing rc=1. the d:\intel\manufacturing cabinet may be corrupted.

Do you have a anti-virus active when you install ?

I remember someone having a problem during install and I my memory is good it was about anti-virus...
