I work for a geotechnical consulting firm. We do settlement analysis frequently. I have been looking for a good settlement program but have not found one that I am currently satisfied with.
Do you know of a good program that can handle the following cases?
1) Consolidation, where ground level is modified and footings are placed on modified ground.
2) Surcharge loading/time rate of settlement.
3) Immediate Settlement of Sands
4) Total Settlement of profile that includes sand and clay.
