Setting of HF Transformer NWL for coal/bagasse electrostatic precipitator

Does someone has experience in setting the parameters of an HF Transformer of the make NWL USA (Nothelfer Winding Laboratories)installed on an electrostatic precipitator for a boiler coal/bagasse?
We have just installed one. It is not working well on bagasse as there is lot of smoke coming out of the stack.
