Setting drafting options to all sizes on ST

I simply would like to make all of my dimensions have trailing zeroes on ST. I can go to each individual dimension property and change this but this gets quite tedious. I would like to set this for all of my drawings once and not change it again but not sure how. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In your template file, go to format, style, and change the settings you want in whatever style you use.

This will be propagated to new drawings.

You can do similar in existing drawings though it will only effect those drawings.
