I have been asked to get into a mitsubishi PLC that has a keyword set in it. I have tried to install comlite32 software which i am aware of other people using to retreive a keyword but it doesnt let me install it on windows xp. Does anyone know of any similar software i can use which is xp compatible?

It appears that Comlite32 only listens. I.e., it monitors an RS232 link so you can see traffic that's generated elsewhere, but it doesn't let you, e.g. talk to the PLC.
I.e., given physical access to the wire, it lets you eavesdrop on someone else sending the keyword, but it doesn't help you figure out what the keyword is.
