Hi, I've been planning a sequential turbo setup, which would consist of a small turbo feeding a larger turbo, and am stuck on a small detail. The large turbo I'm looking to get has an anti-surge ring on the compressor housing. I'm not familiar w/ the technical aspects of this ring, but have seen how it's designed into the housing. Could anyone provide info on anti-surge rings and/or opinions/theories on how the larger turbine may respond w/ air being forced through it (without going into how the small turbo will ultimately become a restriction)?
Thanks!
Mike
