Sequence Motion

I am having great trouble with the motion on a simple task. I am trying to record a wheel basically move around a rail which consists of 90deg corners.
The problem is when the wheel reaches the corner the wheel disappears and reappears somewhere else on the rail. I have constrained the wheel to be touching the guide surface and bottom.
It move correctly when I use move component but wont behave when recording a motion sequence. see pic attached:

Any help would be great..
