SePartX problems

I'm having troubles opening files with SEDraftX and SEPartX. When I click in an item in a FileListBox in VB it sends the location to the SE component. But when I click on the "open file" on the SEPartX panel it appears the "file://" string. But I didn't pass that to the component. Does anyone know how can I make the SEpartX receive a file location and open it?
