separate of microcapsules

Hi everyone!

Maybe someone know, how can I obtain powder of microcapsules from suspension of microcapsules prepare by interfacial polycondensation reaction?

I tried separate microcapsules from post-reaction mixture by centrifugation or filtration but they are destroyed and in the end I obtained only sticky organic phase ?
