sensitivity of findAt command in Abaqus scripting

Hello, the findAt command seems to be very sensitive.

I'm simulating half hat sections which is basically in my case:

a bottom Flange, connected to a web under an Angle, and on top a Top flange.
There is a corner radii beween bottom flange-web and web-topflange.

I used simple goniometry to specify the edges at my corner radii by using the findat command by using parameters from a txt file. However for certain combinations of angle and corner radii
the findat command gives me an error that it can't find the edge. For example:

bottom flange=40 mm
topflange = 40 mm
web length = 100 mm
angle = 58,8
corner radii=11,4

this doesn't work, but if I only change angle 58,8 to 58,7 it works...
All of my web angles are between 46 and 89 degrees

This only occurs for some combinations of angle and corner radii, in most cases the edges are found.
What is the reason of this? And is there a solution for example by reducing the sensitivity of the findat command?
