Is it recommended to build a semi-trailer chassis for a container trailer with A36 material for the rear portion and Q355 for the front (gooseneck) portion?

A36 and Q355 are from two entirely different standards. It may be best to keep all materials within one standard.

Trailers are generally built from one material, but if you're looking to optimize the design, you absolutely can use multiple.
