The LED should be programmable, so it was connected to a "b" contact you could change the logic to suit.

Is this a new install or has the operation changed?
That is; ws this working properly at one time?
If so look for a bad connection, broken wire or faulty contacts.
Check the relay operation with a jump wire at the relay input terminal, if possible.
