Seismic Criteria for Togo, Africa

I have an application that requires the IBC 2003 building code seismic criteria (Ss and S1) be used for the design calculations. I know this information isn't available in the code, but does anyone have the 0.2 second spectral response acceleration and the 1.0 second spectral response accelerations for Togo or know where I can obtain this data?
