Hello

I am looking for some directions, I am researching about small RC ( reinforced concrete) multi storey ( between four to six storey) buildings performance during quakes. I have to simulate the performance in a FEM analysis software..what sort of things can I research about in this field?. I read papers from here and there, mexico earthquake 1985 resonance and the damages it caused to medium rise buildings.. my research is limited to linear analysis, nothing beyond the elastic limit.

can anyone direct me to something I could read on Please? I am looking for seismologists advice or qualified engineer in this field.

Lots of free reports on this topic at PEER website peer.berkeley.edu
