For a seepage analysis for alternating soil layers, what considerations should I take into consideration? The layers are CH, CL, ML, SM. I am just trying to find an embedment depth.

?? See Terzaghi Peck and Mesri for determining effective 'k' of layered (different strata permeability) subsurface conditions.

Since there is a diference in permeability between the silty sand and the fine grained material on the order of 100, I'd neglect the coarser materials and use the finest material's figure and its layer thickness only to compute flow rate.
