Seeking information about Utility Service Group

I oversee a small municipal drinking water system, and am considering working with a company named Utility Service Group. I am looking for opinions from anyone with experience with them.

We have used this company to clean and inspect our distribution water storage tanks. They have provided us fast turnaround service and full reports. No shortcuts, no complaints. Our utility is located in northeast Ohio.
