section VIII div. 1 NDE personnel requirements

what are the current referenced standard for NDE personnel doing inspection on vessel built under that standard, we see SNT-TC-1A or CP-189 what is actually written in the rule I cant find it Thanks

Review ASME V, Article 1 and and all other Articles pertinent to the NDE methods to be used.
