Section view corruption MD4 to MD6

I have upgraded from MD4 to MD6 (with Inventor6)

Section arrows and lines on views I created in MD4 do not display properly in MD6, the line through the part tends not to display and the arrows point away from the line not towards the line. The views however remain correct.

How can I get the drawings to display correctly in MD6?
