I'd like to know how MDX calculate the stiffnesses of cross beams(transversial members) and each girder in grillage model. Is there any one who knows this?
Thanks for Inputs.

I wonder especially about the dummy cross beams between actual cross bracings.

Call and ask them, I've always found MDX tech support to be available and helpful no matter what the question.
