Section arrows corrupted

Hi,

We upgrated from wf4 to WF5, we have issue with Section arrows that are corrupted after running a Toolkit application. if the file is from WF2 the files are OK. If I will exit from Pro/e and open again the same drawing, The section arrows are ok.
