ANSI/NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-2, Section 9 "Marking, labelling and documentation" requires materials to be made traceable, preferably by marking, before delivery. Suitable labelling or documentation is also acceptable.

You mention "where NACE compliance was certified by the Manufacturer" in the last post of this thread.

Is a cut sheet by a manufacturer stating the equipment is "NACE MR0175/IS 15156-2 compliant" acceptable for documentation that a piece of equipment is compliant? Is verification that an individual piece of equipment (such as a valve or pressure gauge) is compliant available from the manufacturer?

Section 9 requires materials to be "traceable"? Traceable to what? Does this apply to pressure gauges and valves?
